SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Kwakhanya Hair, we want your gorgeous new wig to reach you smoothly and quickly. We offer the following delivery options:

  • PAXI 

    • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days for main centres; up to 7-9 business days for rural or outlying areas. 

  • PUDO 

    • Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days in most cases. 

    • Once you receive your PIN & notification, you will have 36 hours to collect your parcel from the locker before it is moved to a depot. 

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimated and begin once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If you are in a rural or remote area, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.

  • Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been confirmed.

  • Keep your tracking number and PIN safe — they are necessary to locate your parcel.

  • In the event of an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, additional charges may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kwakhanya Hair, we believe in offering premium quality and exceptional service. To maintain fairness and clarity for all customers, our policy is as follows:

Refunds
  • All sales are final except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being sent.

  • We do not accept refunds for a change of mind or incorrect expectations.

  • If a product arrives damaged (manufacturing defect) or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. The request is made within 7 calendar days after you have received the product.

  2. The wig’s lace must be uncut/un-altered, and it must be unworn with no products used on the hair.

  3. The item is returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.

  4. The exchange is for a different wig of equal value (or you may pay the difference if the new wig is of higher value).

  5. Delivery fees for returns will be covered by the customer if the fault does not lie with Kwakhanya Hair (for example: change of mind or wrong size ordered).

How to Request an Exchange
  • Send us a Whatsapp message with your order number, photo of the item received, and reason for exchange.

  • We will review and, if approved, send you the return instructions.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will dispatch the replacement wig.
